How Our Bathtubs & Shower Bases Are Made
Acrylic sheet cutting & thermoforming
Acrylic sheet is cut to size and thermoformed into the bathtub or shower base shape.
Fiberglass & resin reinforcement
Reinforced layers are applied to the bottom and side walls for strength.
Trimming, polishing & surface treatment
Edge trimming, polishing and surface finishing for a smooth glossy look.
Accessories assembly
Motor, blower, overflow and drain assembly for massage tub models.
Finished product quality inspection
Water leakage test, load test and appearance inspection for every unit.
Packing on pallet for sea shipment
Foam protection, carton and pallet packing ready for container loading.
Quality Control
